Rank and Commands - RifleReady

Hey guys, its me RifleReady... Today when I tried to use my warp that Svantelol made me it wouldnt work... Also, when I tried to do /help that wouldnt work either... I kept going through multiple commands checking and for some reason almost all my commands arent working...
